I'm quite easy when it comes to guys.. can someone help me?

im 18 and have had sex with 4 guys. None of them i made wait, i gave myself very fast and never second thought that it was bad.. just saw it as sex and it's no big deal. and i didn't believe in the 'guy using a girl' because i saw it as an equal trade. I didn't believe in the sex before marriage, and i didn't believe i had to wait to give sex to a guy to make him 'respect me' or 'want me more'. I honestly couldn't do it. I was way too sexual and fast paced for waiting.

I also don't have respect for myself. I don't know my worth. i don't have lots of confidence either. but i know inside i do wanna change things, it's just im so used to this lifestyle it's hard to change it. It's like its been implanted in me not to have restrictions on my sexuality. I know i am really goodlooking, people tell me, and i have my days where i think im top of the world.. but i wanna have that in myself - not based on how i look.

My sis used to tell my mum that i'm easy. and she'd make jokes saying "rr (insert my name) is easy, she doesn't have a standard" and it's very hurtful but i know it's true. my mum wanted me to respect myself and not give myself to just anyone, and know that our *downstairs* is a very sacred thing. and only give it to someone who respects, cares, loves, looks after you and is financially stable to be with. my brother also always shakes his head at me cos he knows 'i get around' or atleast make myself too easy or like he said 'rush things'.

How do i change it?? and should i?? how do i stop rushing into things? and why should i stop being easy? What's the purpose?

Limit your sex life. maybe not date for a while?
Don't change just cause you want your family or other people to see you a certain way. Change only cause you want to do it for you.
Also, what if you become pregnant? What if you get infected with an std?

Generally, guys only like easy girls for sex. if you ever wanted to be in a serious relationship, it's probably best to slow things down a LOT when it comes to sex.

First of all, stop moving to quickly! Don't have sex, say no! I know it is Very hard, but what are you going to tell your husband when you are getting married? yeah i have had sex with like four guys, and yeah whatever. that would probably disgust you to know your husband has "been around". maybe don't have a boyfriend for awhile, or go to parties until you think you are strong enough to say no.

By age 18 and you ONLY had sex with FOUR guys. The way you were talking ( EASY ) made it sound like you were getting into bed with a different guy every WEEK.

I dont know how old you were when you lost your V-card but if you were 16 that means that HUNDREDS of days (and nights !! ) have gone by and you DID NOT HAVE sex with anyone.
Put it another way, could have had sex the first time when you were 16, the second time when you had just turned 17, the third time half way between 17 and 18 and several monthly later with Guy#4 now that you are 18 years old.

You have NOTHING to be ashamed about.
